Artist Carmen Ballering is bringing her unique and alluring Balloon Couture Fashion and wall art created with uninflected latex balloons to the “Glam Air: Flight 1975” on Saturday, Nov. 23 . Carmen’s work has been featured both in print and television.

Carmen Ballering is a Miami area designer and artist who has been making a difference in the event decorating industry for more than 20 years. Carmen’s passion for art has made her one of that industry’s most influential designers. Her talent and art attracts thousands of people to her exhibits. This award-winning event-designer-turned-instructor creates sculptures and, yes, even haute couture, from uninflated latex balloons.

Carmen is the only designer of her kind designing the most unique and detailed art pieces ever seen in the balloon industry. Ballering’s dresses & swimwear have been featured in numerous fashion shows and television appearances.
